We ship anywhere in Pakistan by nationwide courier — Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Faisalabad, Multan, Quetta and every smaller city and town the courier reaches. We'll confirm the exact timing on WhatsApp when you order.

Orders over Rs. 2,000 ship free anywhere in Pakistan. Below that, we'll confirm the delivery charge on WhatsApp when you order — it depends on where you are. Any two-product order comfortably clears the free-shipping threshold.

You can pay by Cash on Delivery, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank transfer. COD is the default — pay in person when your parcel arrives.

For prepaid orders (JazzCash / EasyPaisa / bank transfer), send us a screenshot on WhatsApp after payment and we'll arrange dispatch.

Major cities: usually 2 to 3 working days.

Smaller cities and towns: 3 to 4 working days, depending on the courier's route.

We dispatch within a day of confirming your order and share the tracking on WhatsApp.

Unopened products: return within 14 days for a full refund.

Opened products: message us on WhatsApp and we'll look at it case by case.

Take a photo before opening. Send it to us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We'll ship a replacement free of charge — no need to return the damaged goods.
